How much of that space will your wedding actually use? With 200 guests, tables, dance floor, ceremony and bar take roughly 1,000 to 1,300 m²; the dance floor, at 1 m² per person, about 200. The rest is lawn you have to decorate, light or explain in your photos.
How will the marquee look with your real guest count? A marquee for 400 with 150 people feels empty. Ours works beautifully for up to 200 guests: with your wedding inside, it looks full.

Allegra Suites has nine rooms on the same grounds as the wedding venue, including the bridal suite. Change your dress, touch up your makeup, adjust your hair or slip into more comfortable shoes, then return to your celebration.
A private beauty preparation room beside the bridal suite provides a convenient space for getting ready and touch-ups.
The preparation space and professional services are separate: hair and makeup services must be arranged separately. Accommodation depends on your agreed package and booked rooms.

Rooms 1 and 2 are next to the bridal suite, with a small ramp and a location particularly convenient for parents, grandparents and older relatives.
They can take a short rest and rejoin the celebration without a long walk. A small detail on a floor plan can make a big difference to a guest.

PRIVE: for those who want to keep celebrating
At Villa las Fuentes, one of our houses, PRIVE is a private nightclub with a DJ, karaoke, bar and nightclub atmosphere.
Plan a Friday icebreaker or ask about a Saturday after-party. Recommended for groups of 40 to 60 people, it brings your party group together in an intimate setting.
Your wedding and after-party do not need the same guest count. Decide who will join and plan the experience around that group.
Why that size? Because about a third of the guests usually join the Friday icebreaker or the Saturday after-party: on Friday, not everyone makes it in from Mexico City in time; on Saturday, only the most energetic guests, and couples who do not want their day to end, keep going. For a wedding of 150 to 200, that is 45 to 60 people: exactly what PRIVE holds with the feel of a packed club. A nightclub for 200 with 50 inside looks empty; PRIVE does not.
PRIVE is not included in every package. Diamond includes the Friday experience as contracted. Outside Diamond, Villa las Fuentes must be rented and PRIVE booked separately. A Saturday after-party requires a separate quote and confirmation, subject to availability and agreed hours.

We are in a residential neighborhood in Cuernavaca, Morelos, a few traffic lights from supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and other services. Access does not require dirt roads or rural tracks.
Forgotten medicine, something for a baby or a last-minute purchase is easier to handle when you have options nearby. That convenience supports the whole wedding weekend.
