Number of guests: base contract, additional guests and deadlines
The base contract is signed for a number of guests, including children, and is paid in full one month before the event. You can add guests at the same price per person up to two weeks before, but you cannot reduce the contracted number.
Base contract
The base contract is signed for a number of guests, for example 100, which includes children. That contract is paid in full one month before the event.
Additional guests
You can add guests, or make changes to the additional guests, up to two weeks before the event, at the same price per person as your contract. Additional guests are paid separately, and payment must be completed no later than two weeks before. Executive menus for support staff, such as makeup artists or drivers, also count toward the final number.
Two-week cutoff
Two weeks before the event, no further changes can be made, and the base contract number cannot be reduced even if a guest cancels. On that date, the kitchen calculates the food, and the table layout, waiters and drinks are set for the total number of guests, executive menus and garden staff.
If fewer guests arrive
If some guests cancel and, for example, 80 out of 100 arrive, the contract is covered as agreed and the difference is not refunded, because the food, service and setup were already prepared for the contracted number.
What we can do is give you the food for the guests who did not arrive. Let us know in advance and bring aluminum trays or food containers so the chef can pack the food and you can take it with you. Prior notice and coordination with our team are required.
Price ranges
That is why prices are set by ranges: 100 to 125, 126 to 149, 150 to 175 and 176 to 200 guests. When booking, choose the range for your approximate number; this gives you a margin of about 25 people while you confirm your list.
