Prices, VAT, date deposit and payment schedule
Prices are per person, do not include VAT (IVA) and vary by package and number of guests. The date is normally reserved with $20,000 MXN, and the event is paid in four payments according to the schedule in the proposal.
Published ranges
As a current reference, the 10-hour Traditional package ranges from $1,400 to $1,550 MXN per person; the 10-hour Premium from $1,600 to $1,750 MXN; and the 12-hour Premium from $1,800 to $1,950 MXN. Diamond Allegra is not quoted per person but as a complete package: $315,000 for 100 guests, $387,500 for 150 and $460,000 for 200, and above 100 guests each additional guest adds $1,450 to the total. How to book
We work with a service agreement that details the event date, the number of guests, the type of package and everything contracted. You prepare it with Sales Department:
- You share both sides of your INE (official Mexican ID), proof of address and an email address.
- You receive a preliminary contract to review.
- If everything looks good, you receive the formal contract for signature.
- With the $20,000 MXN deposit, the date is assigned and reserved for you.
Date confirmation
The proposal confirms the total, the payment dates and the applicable conditions. Payments must be received according to the agreed schedule to keep the date guaranteed.
