Pets, access and house rules
At the event, only guide dogs or the couple’s pet during the ceremony are allowed, and the pet must leave when the ceremony ends. Access, capacity and the conduct of guests and vendors are coordinated in accordance with the contract.
Pets at the event
The exception for the couple’s pet is limited to the ceremony. Any need related to a guide dog must be communicated before the event so access can be coordinated.
Access and capacity
Each party designates a trusted person for access control. The contracted capacity must not be exceeded; any adjustment requires notice, operational availability and the corresponding payment.
Pets in lodging
The event rules do not replace the lodging rules. Allegra Suites does not accept pets, and some houses can only authorize up to two small dogs, in writing, before booking.
Sparklers and bengal lights
Sparklers, bengal lights and similar effects are allowed in the garden, keeping a distance and following the coordinator’s instructions. Inside the tent, nothing that gives off fire or sparks is allowed, because there are flammable materials such as canvas, dried flowers, wooden tables and curtains. Candles on the tables inside the tent are not allowed either; battery-operated candles can be used, and floating candles as decoration are confirmed with Sales (Dirección Comercial).
