Wedding packages: Traditional, Premium and Diamond

Jardín Allegra 55 has three wedding packages: Traditional, Premium in two lengths of 10 and 12 hours, and Diamond Allegra, the full weekend with lodging included. For celebrations of 50 to 100 guests there are tailor-made Boutique Weddings.

Prices, VAT, date deposit and payment schedule

Prices are per person, do not include VAT (IVA) and vary by package and number of guests. The date is normally reserved with $20,000 MXN and the event is paid in four installments according to the proposal’s payment schedule.

The main packages are designed for approximately 100 to 200 adult guests. Boutique Weddings serve celebrations of 50 to 100 people. Children up to 9 years old are priced at $350 MXN per child.

Garden spaces, rain plan and accessibility

The venue has a garden, pool, terrace, event restrooms, an operations kitchen and parking. A permanent tent lets the wedding go ahead even if it rains; the garden also offers features that make access easier.

Religious, civil or symbolic ceremony in the garden

With any wedding package, the basic setup for a religious, civil or symbolic ceremony has no additional cost. It includes a table for the priest or judge, kneelers and a bench for the couple, chairs for guests, a lectern, microphone and speaker; it does not include flowers or decor. The banquet flowers are included.

Banquet, menu and dietary restrictions

The banquet is built into the packages and is run by the Jardín Allegra 55 kitchen and service team. The basic structure is three courses and can include adjustments for dietary restrictions coordinated in advance.

Drinks, alcohol and bar service

The packages include non-alcoholic drinks during the event: sodas (generic brand, plus Coca-Cola Zero or Light), juices, water, aguas frescas, limes and ice. Jardín Allegra 55 does not sell alcohol; any consumption must comply with the law, the contracted proposal and the service rules.

DJ, music, photographer and outside vendors

All packages include a DJ, which is an exclusive service of the garden: outside DJs are not accepted. The couple can bring their own photographer, makeup artists, candy table or live music such as mariachi, subject to prior verification with Operations.

Lodging benefit of the Premium packages

The Premium packages include the 9 rooms of Allegra Suites at no cost for one night, the night of the event, equivalent to a credit of approximately $20,000 MXN, subject to availability.

Guest lodging: Allegra Suites and Allegra Homes

The Allegra Ecosystem combines 9 hotel-style rooms at Allegra Suites and 5 Allegra Homes houses. Together they can host up to 61 people, subject to availability and to a quote separate from the event.

How to turn your wedding into a weekend experience

The Allegra Ecosystem lets you coordinate the garden, banquet, suites, houses and post-wedding experiences in one area. This reduces transfers and keeps everyone together before and after the wedding.

PRIVE for the wedding after party

PRIVE is a private nightclub inside Villa las Fuentes. To use it you must rent that house and book PRIVE separately; staying in another house or at Allegra Suites does not give automatic access.

Location, arrival and visiting the garden

Jardín Allegra 55 is at Paseo de las Fuentes 55, Pedregal de las Fuentes, 62554 Cuernavaca, Morelos. The usual reference from Mexico City is approximately 60 to 75 minutes via the Autopista del Sol.

Event exclusivity, banquet and service

Jardín Allegra 55 hosts only one event per weekend and works with banquet exclusivity. The garden is not offered for rent on its own without the venue’s kitchen and service operation.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Within 5 business days after signing there is a full refund; after that and up to 180 calendar days before the event, a refund of 50% of the payments received; with less than 180 days there is no refund.

Damage deposit and extra hours

With the last payment, a $5,000 MXN security deposit is made for extraordinary expenses or damage. If there are no charges, it is returned within a maximum of five business days. Additional hours have their own rates.

Pets, access and house rules

At the event, only guide dogs or the couple’s pet during the ceremony are allowed, and the pet must leave when the ceremony ends. Access, capacity and the behavior of guests and vendors are coordinated according to the contract.

Quinceañeras, baptisms and other events besides weddings

Besides weddings, at Jardín Allegra 55 we host quinceañeras (XV años), baptisms, children’s parties, anniversaries, birthdays and corporate events. Sales prepares the proposal for each event based on the date, the approximate number of guests and the type of celebration.

Number of guests: base contract, additional guests and deadlines

The base contract is signed for a number of guests, including children, and is paid in full one month before the event. You can add guests at the same per-person price up to two weeks before, but you cannot reduce the contracted number.

Diamond Allegra: the weekend wedding with lodging included

Diamond Allegra combines the Saturday Premium wedding and Friday-to-Sunday lodging for up to 61 guests in a single package, with a welcome taco dinner, a private club night and a farewell brunch.

What Operations is and how it differs from a wedding planner

Operations plans the logistics of the event inside the garden: timeline, service times, special menus and the table layout. It is not a wedding planning service, and on the wedding day execution is led by a coordinator.
