Damage deposit and extra hours
With the final payment, a $5,000 MXN security deposit is made to cover extraordinary expenses or damages. If there are no charges, it is returned within a maximum of five business days. Extra hours have their own rates.
Security deposit
The security deposit is separate from the date deposit and the payment schedule. It may be applied to documented damages or extraordinary expenses in accordance with the contract.
Extra hour at the garden
An extra hour at the garden costs $10,000 MXN per hour for up to 149 guests and $15,000 MXN per hour for 150 guests or more, because the full staff must remain during the extension.
Extra hour at PRIVE
The published rate for an extra hour at PRIVE is $3,500 MXN. This rate covers extending the experience and does not replace the rental of Villa las Fuentes or the initial PRIVE package. Extra hours are paid before they start.
