The banquet is built into the packages and is run by the Jardín Allegra 55 kitchen and service team. The base structure is a three-course meal and can include adjustments for dietary restrictions coordinated in advance.
Integrated banquet
Jardín Allegra 55 works with kitchen exclusivity and does not rent the space on its own for an outside caterer to come in. This integration helps coordinate timing, presentation and service.
Waiters
Service includes 1 waiter for every 15 guests, assigned to your tables throughout the event. If you want more personal service, for example 1 waiter per table, you can request additional waiters: $800 MXN per waiter for 10-hour events and $1,000 MXN for 12-hour events. Confirm the number and current costs with Sales (Dirección Comercial).
Responsible customization
Dietary restrictions must be communicated during planning. Options depend on the package, the season, ingredient availability and express confirmation from the team.
